Creative Strategist at Uniform
Erika works on strategy across Uniform, using her background in research & insight and her interest in technology, futures & human behaviour to interpret the trends and shifts changing our clients’ businesses.
She graduated from the University of Alberta in 2010 with a degree in English Literature and Journalism and from the University of Dundee in 2011 with a First Class MLITT.
Prior to Uniform, Erika worked with Canongate Books, the University of Dundee, DCA, the Design Council and Mozilla in editorial, research, insight and strategy roles. Her work on co-creative business models, fostering innovation and the UK Knowledge Sector included delivering research programmes and publications for the Arts & Humanities Research Council (AHRC). Erika often collaborates with designers, makers and thinkers on creative projects, talks, workshops, Sprints and publications.
